World English Dictionary

We have been looking for a new place to live over the last few months.  It is a time consuming, thought consuming process.  The girls are an age where most people wouldn't dream of moving, but there are extenuating circumstances that lead us to this decision. As we continue in our search, I find my focus turns more to me and away from the one thing needed. I know He has a plan and a place for us, but I need to seek His will and allow Him to guide our steps...

We search for many things: lost toys, socks, keys, a website, a restaurant, a parking space, a new place to live.

And while sometimes locating these things can be difficult, some things are even harder to find:  friendship, love, meaning.

There is One who can be found if we only take the time to seek Him.

Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness... Matthew 6:33

Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.  Hebrews 4:16

Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.  James 4:8

We - I - just need to remember to seek after Him, learn to listen to His voice, and follow where He leads.
